The ability to contact you directly by phone and actually have someone answer without going through myriad robotic procedures is a real blessing. I also really appreciate your initial verification procedure regarding age so that I do not have to sign for every delivery, which is extremely helpful for people who are not around during the day. IMHO, you are the finest vape distributors around and I hope you will keep up the personalized service as your business continues to grow. One suggestion if I may, it would really be helpful to include the package tracking information link when you send the order confirmation that way we would be able to track packages and not have to bother you about when they’re arriving.
