Shipping Policy

All orders placed on Zmarksthespot.com are fulfilled from our Store in Apopka, Florida

All Retail orders ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express, depending on your choice at checkout.

Due to order volume, we are no longer able to offer same day shipping; all orders are shipped in the order they are received. 

Generally, all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.  

Our normal shipping times are Monday - Friday from 9am to 3pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 11am.  We do not ship packages on Sundays.

Your Order will only be shipped after Real Id Verification is complete.

Addresses

We ask all of our customers to please double check their addresses prior to submitting their order.  Our shipping software imports shipping addresses and creates labels exactly as submitted by our customers.  If you've submitted an order and realize you've made a mistake, please email us and we'll do our best to catch it.

There are instances where our shipping program comes across an error that won't let us create a label at all.  We'll do everything we can to contact you and correct it, but it can cause some delays in the fulfilment of your package.  

We strongly suggest that all of our customers order to addresses where they regularly receive mail to prevent misdelivery and return of packages.

We're sorry, but we're unable to refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.  If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, email us  - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method.  

Delivery

We utilize Private couriers to ship orders to our customers.  All of our packages come with tracking.  A tracking number and link to our tracking portal are automatically emailed to you as soon as we create a shipping label for your order.  Once your order is marked as shipped, it's passed to USPS during one of our regular mail pickups throughout the day. 

Once orders are handed to Private couriers, we are not able to change the contents of them or expedite their delivery.  The expected delivery date displayed by USPS on their tracking pages is only an estimate and not a guarantee.  

If your order is marked as delivered by the courier, but you have not received it, you will need to contact the courier.  We have no control over the delivery process.  Issues regarding missing or delayed packages will be handled by the courier.  We are unable to provide refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered by courier but reported as missing.  If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please start a missing mail search with the courier here: Find My Missing Package.
