I love Z marks the spot they always ship out right away delivery process is great. Sadly though this vape was a complete dud I was able to hit it twice then it just kind of sputtered out and tasted burnt. My other three vapes though were fine. It’s just always disappointing when money is wasted. I wish there was some type of return or replacement policy for duds. Other than that the customer service is great they always call if an item I ordered is out of order and they do their best to replace it or refund whichever I want. It’s a great team working there for sure!
