Giving them 5 stars because their customer service is the best. But the hookah pens I ordered instead of my normal ones gave me really bad migraines. 3 different ones and all of them were horrible. Waste of money cause now I have to order the ones I usually get and throw these brand new ones away. That’s what I get for trying something new. Outside of that they are always on top of their orders and I live across the us nd still gets here quick

I ordered two vapes from this store. The first round of two did not work. I contacted customer service and they wanted me to send them video proof that it didn’t work, weird but I did. They told me they would send me replacements. The replacement 2 finally got her and also didn’t work. I didn’t even bother contacting them because I didn’t think they would give me a refund. What a waste of money, 4 vapes delivered that didn’t work and weird customer service that wanted me to send videos of me trying to hit a vape that didn’t work.
